Where do you ship from?
We are Europe based and ship from The Netherlands.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, the price depends on your location.
Please keep in mind that shipping outside Europe might be expensive.
Do I have to worry about customs?
If you live in the EU you don't have to pay customs over the packages
you receive from us. If you live outside of the EU there is a chance that
you have to pay a customs bill.
Can you mark the price down?
An invoice will be included in every package, and if the customs
open a down-marked package and see the original value of the package
you might get a fine. To avoid that, and because of boring legal issues
we aren't able to mark the value of your package down.
What is the "discount" shipping option?
The discount shipping option is basically the same as regular, but cheaper!
It takes a couple days longer, because we have to order special stamps that cost less.
What is the maximum heat I can use to style your wigs?
Our regular wigs can be styled up to 160°C or 320°F.
However, to be safe, we advise to style our wigs no higher than 90°C or 194°F.
Wigs, just like real hair, can be damaged by heat styling so please do it carefully.
How do I get the soft look, like in your pictures?
We brush our wigs before we take the pictures with a special wig comb
and our fingers! Never use a regular comb or brush, they are made for human
hair and will damage your wig. We sell special wig combs under "accesories".
Can I buy a wig cap somewhere?
All of our wigs come with a wig cap for free!
How should I store my wig?
Store your wig in the original net and plastic bag, or on a wig stand, to keep it from tangling. If you don't store it properly, it will get frizzy, tangly and it's bad for the wig overall.
My wig got dirty, can I wash it?
Yes, you can wash a wig! It's also a great way to get back the original styling if it's lost due to wear. You can wash it with regular shampoo or conditioner in cold or lukewarm water.
Please don't wash it in warm or hot water, as it might lose it's style through the heat.
After washing, let it air dry.
Can I brush my wig when it's wet?
No, brushing your wig when it's wet can severely damage it!
Please wait with brushing and styling your wig until it's completely dry again!
So you just received your hime wig, chances are that the bump has flattened because of transport. Don't worry if that happened, because it's really easy to make it just as poofy as you want! Our hime wigs are specially designed so that there is a lot of hair you can use to make a bigger bump!

Step 1: Take your wig and secure it on a wig stand or head. You will do a bit of pulling, so make sure it doesn't fall or slide off easily.

Step 2: Use the thin end of a comb to seperate hair from the bump.

Step 3: Make sure you have seperated enough hair to cover the bump,
and let it fall over the fringe.

Step 4: Take a piece of hair you want to use for the bump, and spray it with hairspray.

Step 5: Backcomb the piece of hair you sprayed with hairspray.
Sometimes it's better to let it dry a bit, so go ahead and spray more pieces with hairspray.
The more pieces you backcomb, the bigger your bump will be!

Step 6: If you've backcombed enough to your liking, try to gently brush the front of it a bit, to make sure there won't be any backcombed hairs poking through the non-backcombed hair.

Step 7: Take the hair you seperated in step 2 and 3, and pull it back over the bump.

Step 8: Gently brush the hair back over the bump.

Step 9: To make the bump a bit bigger without having to do all the steps again,
simply pull up the backcombed hair with the thin end of the comb a bit.

Step 10: Admire your work! This one took a bit more backcombing than we showed, but it's definitely worth it!
