Shipments and returns

Shipping:

Packages are usually shipped out withing 5 working days after receiving payment. If you chose a shipping method with tracking, we will send you a message with the
tracking number and the website where you can track it, unless you chose UPS shipping which has an automated e-mail system.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders unless you purchase a shipping option with tracking and insurance!
Also please make sure that the name you use is the same that the mailman can find you on (ie. the name on your buzzer), we've received a lot of returned packages because the name was different!

Free shipping:
For orders of €250 or more, we offer free worldwide shipping!
Why? Because shipping can get really expensive, and we would like to give everyone an equal opportunity to buy our wigs. Group orders are a great way to make our minimum order for free shipping and they are very welcome!

Shipping costs:
The standard packaging fee is €1,5. This covers the packaging, transport and the extra taxes we have to pay over the shipping fees

We offer three different shipping methods, each with different costs:

Tracked Mailbox shipping - Can take up to 3 weeks to arrive (with exceptions), we have to remove extra protective padding and the protective cardboard ring, can be tracked, can only fit one wig and no hime-gyaru or clip-ins. This is the cheapest way of shipping.
The Netherlands: €6,75
Europe: starting at €8,69
Rest of the World: €17,10

TNT Tracked and Insured - Can take up to one or two weeks to arrive (with exceptions), can be tracked and is extra insured. This is the safest way to ship, but be extra careful that you have the same name as your buzzer OR include your phone number! This is the most expensive way of shipping.
The Netherlands: -
Europe: Starting at €14,30
Rest of the World: €25,60

UPS- Only for The Netherlands, Belgium and parts of Germany, United Kingdom and France. If you placed an order with UPS shipping and you live in either Germany, United Kingdom or France there is a chance that it will be shipped out with TNT. UPS calculates shipping based on the zipcode, which our database cannot do and in return it might be that shipping is a lot more expensive than calculated by our database. In that case we will ship your order out with TNT with no extra charge.

UPS usually delivers within 3 days, but there can be exceptions.
All the UPS packages get shipped out with their service UPS Carbon Neutral! To
reduce the carbon footprint we leave behind :)

Returns:

If there is a problem with the product that you received, please contact us.
Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns on new products that haven't been removed from package or worn, within 7 days of receiving.
